This lands is being prepared for 56 town houses and a 24 unit apartment building that will cater to 55+ community. This conveniently located gated community feature single storey homes and access to beautiful nature trails and gardens.

Castle Hill Capital completed the land assembly, settled over 17 interest groups, worked through the land acquisitions, partnerships, then through concepts and approvals and the eventual sale, now owned by Besim Halef of BANC Developments
Currently under construction this village will include a 4-star hotel, indoor water park, an “Active Lifestyle” apartment building, town homes and single family detached homes.
The lands are being prepared and developed for the 7.7 billion dollar Muskrat Falls Prject and additional $30 billion worth of project identified for the Labrador Region. Castle Hill Capital was selected to bring new life to this part of Labrador via a 400 acre sustainable mined-use master planned community that will be known as Goose Bay Town Center.
Sold to Brison Developments, this development achieved 106 single-family lots, a 32-unit mulit-residential condominium and 16 tow homes with access to NS Highway 102.
